1PAX Launches Global Graduate Fellowship Program to Support Emerging Architecture Talent

1PAX has officially opened applications for its 2026 Graduate Fellowship Program.

Built around the belief that talent exists everywhere but opportunity does not, the Fellowship was created to help exceptional young architects gain access to international projects, mentorship, and professional development opportunities that may otherwise be difficult to obtain.

The six-month paid Fellowship is primarily remote and includes a fully funded visit to the firm's Paris office, allowing Fellows to collaborate directly with team members and gain exposure to a global design environment.

The program is open to recent architecture graduates and final-year architecture students from eligible countries where access to international design opportunities may be limited. Applicants must demonstrate strong academic achievement, design potential, professional proficiency in English, and a commitment to improving mobility infrastructure and public spaces in their communities.

Only two Fellows will be selected for the 2026 cohort.

During the Fellowship, participants will contribute to transportation, aviation, and urban development projects while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals and learning industry-leading design methodologies.

Outstanding Fellows may also be considered for future opportunities within the firm, subject to performance and business needs.
