Papeete Faaa – Tahiti

The Tahiti airport project aims to optimize passenger flow and improve service levels. The calculation of passenger peaks is based on a typical day, with high-density international flights in the morning and short departures in the evening. Domestic traffic is evenly distributed throughout the day. The capacity study highlights the need for short-term expansion to accommodate increasing passenger numbers. The architectural design will integrate traditional Polynesian elements while providing modern and comfortable spaces for passengers. The addition of boarding bridges and terminal extensions will enhance passenger service quality. The project also includes renovations to existing spaces and improvements to energy efficiency and operating costs.
